At Oxford Global Resources, we are currently recruiting a Senior Brand Manager with solid experience in pharmaceutical environments for a pharmaceutical client in Barcelona. This is an 8‐month project to cover a leave.
Responsibilities:
Lead global product strategy, marketing, and branding for key Cetaphil ranges.
Develop integrated 360° global activation toolboxes for product and commercial innovations.
Drive cross‐functional global teams throughout all product development phases.
Partner with key markets, scientific teams, and commercial teams to deliver strong global toolboxes and claims.
Manage project budgets, timelines, and governance with strong ownership.
Qualifications:
8–12 years of experience in global or regional Brand/Product roles within skincare, beauty, pharma.
Strong leadership and ability to influence in a global matrix environment.
Proven experience in product innovation, brand building, and digital‐first marketing.
Science‐driven mindset with strong analytical skills and ability to turn insights into action.
Excellent communication skills, growth mindset, and passion for skincare and science.
