Why We Need You:
As part of the Compliance and Audit team, you will lead multiple functions supporting our security program, including policy development, compliance monitoring, incident investigation, and ensuring adherence to federal laws.
Critical priorities include:
- Leading evaluation and certification processes for IT products and systems.
- Assessing security features and conducting hands-on testing.
- Developing audit plans and interacting with stakeholders to communicate findings and corrective actions.
- Driving adherence to audit requirements and continuous improvement within the Common Criteria program.
To Be Successful in The Role, You Should Be Able to:
- Evaluate products against specified EAL levels.
- Assess security features, design, and documentation.
- Develop comprehensive audit plans.
- Communicate effectively with developers and stakeholders.
You Can Leverage Your Expertise to:
- Clearly communicate complex ideas verbally, in writing, or visually.
- Prioritize tasks independently in a fast-paced environment.
You Should be Knowledgeable In:
- Common Criteria (ISO/IEC 15408), FIPS, and related certifications.
- Evaluation methodologies and documentation.
- IT systems, hardware, software, and networks.
- System architecture and technical documentation analysis.
Other Qualifications:
- Experience with Common Criteria audits.
- Effective communication across diverse teams.
- Industry certifications preferred.
