RESPONSIBILITIES
* Contribute to delivering our two main objectives: EFO & new model, as part of the On-Trade team.
* Implement the Commercial plan to meet customer program targets outlined in the Country IAP specific to On-Trade customers.
* Negotiate in Point of Sale to achieve distribution and visibility targets.
* Utilize the Picture of Success approach to activate our brands and influence consumers at the point of purchase.
* Identify opportunities and develop strategies to maximize Bacardi’s performance at On-Trade customers, creating value in your region.
SKILLS
* Proven track record in Commercial and field sales experience preferred.
* Affinity with On-Trade, Events, and Promotions.
* Ability to organize work independently and effectively.
* Good communication skills and active listening.
* Team player.
