The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new leads, understanding clients' needs, and matching them with suitable properties. You will guide clients through the entire rental process, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals. A proactive mindset and entrepreneurial spirit are essential for success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new clients
- Advertise and market available properties
- Stage and present properties to potential tenants
- Identify clients' needs and match them with appropriate housing options
- Negotiate rental terms and close agreements
- Provide full support throughout the transaction process
Qualifications
- 6 months + of experience in real estate
- Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Spanish language proficiency — minimum B1 level (required)
- Russian or Ukrainian — required
