INSUD PHARMA operates across the entire pharmaceutical value chain, delivering expertise in scientific research, development, manufacturing, sales, and marketing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs), finished dosage forms (FDFs), and branded pharmaceuticals for human and animal health. Headquartered in Madrid, Lugano, and Buenos Aires, INSUD PHARMA operates globally with a broad manufacturing and commercial network across Europe, America, Asia, and Africa. The company's activities are organized into three synergistic sectors: Industrial (Chemo), Branded (Exeltis), and Biotech (mAbxience), employing over 9,000 professionals across more than 50 countries, with 20 manufacturing facilities, 15 R&D centers, 12 commercial offices, and 35 pharmaceutical affiliates serving 1,150 customers in 96 countries.

General Responsibility

The Business Development Specialist will play a key role in defining the company's portfolio by identifying new solutions for patients. Responsibilities include supporting candidate identification, project evaluation through cross-functional teams, and proposing selected candidates to the board. The role requires close collaboration with the Business Development team and external departments.

Specific Responsibilities

* Prospect, identify, and evaluate new business opportunities worldwide.
* Conduct market research and therapeutic area analysis.
* Identify customer needs, respond to inquiries, and propose innovative solutions or business models promptly.
* Coordinate transversal teams, solve problems, and clarify doubts during project evaluation.
* Provide regular reports on progress and opportunities.
* Support other activities within the Business Development Department as needed.

Requirements and Personal Skills

* Education: Pharmacy or Life Sciences degree.
* Languages: Advanced Spanish and English.
* Experience: 1-2 years in the pharmaceutical industry, preferably in business development (generic business).
* Specific Knowledge: Proficiency in Excel, data analysis.
* Travel: Occasional to 1-2 conferences per year.
* Personal Skills: Excellent communication, proactive, goal-oriented, highly self-motivated, independent, team player, well-organized, and problem solver.
