Global Category Manager
Are you ready to lead innovative strategy implementations and drive transformational change in procurement? We seek a strategic thinker to create sustainable value and strengthen stakeholder partnerships.
Your Role and Purpose:
As a Global Category Manager, you'll support the design and implementation of Global Procurement Strategies, fostering innovation, sustainability, and value creation. You'll manage supplier relationships and drive solutions that align with our business goals.
Position:
* Drive global category strategies and associated innovations
* Lead global supplier relationships and risk management
* Develop supplier intelligence and optimize the supplier pool
* Coordinate and animate a functional network of Cluster Category Managers
* Ensure alignment and compliance with global strategies
* Monitor market trends and provide associated strategic insights
* Foster stakeholder partnerships across functions
* If appropriate, manage procurement operations for respective sub-category(-ies) / key stakeholders
Requirements:
Skills:
* Strategic and innovative mindset
* Strong analytical and financial capabilities
* Negotiation
* Business-level English (additional languages are a plus)
* Degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Procurement
