Overview

We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, Personal Assistant to provide administrative and strategic support to senior management. This person will play a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination of the executive team’s agenda, meetings, and communications, while maintaining a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.


Responsibilities

* Manage and coordinate complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements.

* Organize internal and external meetings, events, and presentations.

* Draft, edit, and manage documents, reports, and communications.

* Screen and handle calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.

* Track and follow up on key action items and deadlines.

* Maintain and organize confidential and legal documents.

* Serve as a point of contact between senior management and internal/external stakeholders.

* Provide general administrative and logistical support to executive leadership.


Qualifications

* At least 5 years of experience in a similar role supporting senior executives.

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

* Fluent in Spanish. A C1 level of English will be highly valued by the Talent team.

* Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.

* Strong communication, discretion, and problem-solving abilities.

* High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
