**What will you be doing as a HR Business Partner?**
The core focus of this role’s activity is to assist employee life cycle processes and internal communication in close collaboration with the HRBPs, employees and managers.
This should be completed through the **following activities**:
- Supports employee life cycle processes.
- Provides Coaching and support to management around key people management activities (performance, employee relations, talent management, hiring and recruitment).
- Conducts onboarding for new hires and manages related admin tasks.
- Actively participates in the development plan activities implemented and related admin tasks like budget handling.
- Assists internal communication by taking active part in implementing global communication materials on local levels and external matters.
- Supports general projects inside your area (engagement, Bunge culture).
- Supporting CSR activities.
- Assist in development and implementation of human resources policies.
- Working closely with our Services Centers for the operational tasks related to the location - administration related in HR.
- Stays updated of the labor law provisions.
- Executes actions needed to implement HR processes and employee cycle end-to-end for the specific functions.
- Partner with Compensation to ensure pay equity, market competitiveness, retention and attraction of talent.
**¿What do we expect from our future colleague?**
- University degree
- preferably with a major in Human Resources, Psychology, Economy or Legal.
- 5-7 years of experience in a similar position in a multinational environment.
- Knowledge of the Spanish labor legislation.
- Native Spanish and English advanced level.
- Excellent communication and organizing skills.
- MS Office
- intermediate level.
- Problem-solving abilities
- Good stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Ability to engage with various types of people.
