**Your mission**:
As the Sales Administration Supervisor, you will report to the Manager Sales Operations and will manage the Sales Administration team to ensure that all business objectives are met.

You’ll also own the daily transaction relationship with the customer and provide a high-level customer service levels and customer experience.

This role is based out of our offices in Sant Cugat del Vallès (Barcelona).

**What you will do**:

- Provide end to end customer account management, including all Order to Cash processes, credits, claims, and rebate transactional processing and reporting
- Ensure all daily tasks, including order entry, claim processing, customer queries, customer billing and sales minus credits, are processed in a complete, timely and accurate way
- Manage the Sales Administration team to ensure customer satisfaction with focus in the following key areas:

- Order / Stock allocation process with business management
- Daily cooperation between Finance, Planning and Supply Chain for the fulfilment of orders
- Monitoring our transport partners’ performance against customer requirements / slot bookings
- Manage customer related KPI’s to ensure customer expectations are met
- Tracking of order progress against current customer targets
- Reducing Order Fulfilment Lead-Time (OFLT) and order ageing
- Maintain all process and procedure documents to ensure full compliance with Epson quality standards including ISO and J-SOX
- Manage and maintain all Sales Administration metrics and KPI’s and produce monthly KPI packs
- Ensure an efficient Sales Administration team, through training, daily management, motivating and appraising the staff
- Support testing in SAP including changes to existing transactions as well as implementation of new transactions

**What we ask for**:

- Previous successful experience in a similar position
- Significant experience in managing a small team for a sales focused department handling high-volume transactions
- Experience in improving and implementing processes
- Good understanding of integral supply chain and Order to Cash processes
- Previous experience of SAP - SD is expected and mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP...)
- You are enthusiastic and able to motivate yourself and your team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - able to identify the problem and related issues and using best practice to propose solutions
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Excellent communication (verbal and written)
- Strong organisation skills to manage multiple requests and meet deadlines
- Self-starter who is happy to adopt a hands-on approach to complete the work required
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, enabling you to interact with all levels of hierarchy and different departments
