Your Responsibilities:
* Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on SailPoint ISC .
* Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments .
* Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
* Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems.
* Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools .
* Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in line with change management best practices .
* Collaborate with internal and customer teams to optimize processes, performance, and documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
Your Experience:
* Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC) ; relevant certifications are a plus.
* Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including LDAP, SAML, authentication flows, and system integrations.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analyzing logs, APIs, and relational databases .
* Experience working with Jira (or other ITSM tools), Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused communication skills .
* Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level) required; Catalan is a plus.

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage and maintain Ping Identity components in on-premise or hybrid infrastructures .
* Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively identifying and resolving issues.
* Manage access control policies, authentication flows, and integrations, particularly using PingAM .
* Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, applications, ITSM platforms, and SIEM tools .
* Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in accordance with change management best practices .
* Collaborate closely with customer teams to improve processes, performance, and system reliability.
* Maintain and update technical documentation, runbooks, and knowledge base articles .
Your Experience:
* Hands-on experience with one or more Ping Identity products, such as PingAM, PingIDM, or PingDirectory (PingDS) (formerly ForgeRock). Relevant certifications are a plus.
* Solid knowledge of IAM concepts and protocols, including LDAP, SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect (OIDC) .
* Experience operating Identity and Access Management (IAM) systems in on-premise or hybrid environments .
* Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to analyze logs, APIs, connectors, and relational databases .
* Experience working with Jira, Confluence, GitLab, and confident use of Microsoft Office tools .

* Architect Modern Authentication: Design and implement robust authentication architectures for web, mobile, and native applications, ensuring seamless user journeys across distributed systems.
* Master Identity Standards: Architect and govern complex OAuth 2.0 and OpenID Connect (OIDC) flows, including the implementation of PKCE, secure token lifecycles, and rotation strategies.

Your Experience:
* Expert IAM Background: Proven track record in IAM architecture with the ability to translate complex security requirements into scalable technical designs.
* Deep Protocol Knowledge: In-depth technical mastery of OAuth 2.0, OIDC 1.0, and modern authentication patterns in both web and native environments.
* Passkey Proficiency: Hands-on experience implementing Passkeys/WebAuthn and a clear understanding of the underlying security mechanics.
* PingIdentity/ForgeRock Ecosystem: Advanced experience configuring and deploying PingAM, PingIDM, and PingDS (formerly ForgeRock) in enterprise environments.

Join our Spanish team as a Privileged Access Management (PAM) Consultant– Delinea / CyberArk / Safeguard (OneIdentity) (m/f/d) — either on-site at our locations in Madrid or Barcelona or flexibly remote from within Spain.
This role involves working closely with IT operations and infrastructure teams, participating in project implementations, asset onboarding, troubleshooting, and optimizing access management models.
Your Responsibilities:
* Implement PAM solutions based on Delinea, CyberArk, or Safeguard (OneIdentity).
* Onboard assets such as Windows and Linux servers, network devices, storage systems, and cloud resources into the PAM platform.
* Collaborate with IT operations teams to ensure efficient integration of PAM solutions.
* Diagnose and resolve issues related to credentials and secrets together with system and infrastructure engineers.
* Analyze existing access models and design strategies for onboarding them into the PAM platform.
* Support proof-of-concept (PoC) implementations and optimize PAM configurations.
Your Experience:
* PAM certification from Delinea, CyberArk, or Safeguard (OneIdentity) is highly valued.
* Proven experience implementing PAM solutions in corporate and regulated environments .
* Knowledge and hands-on experience with PAM or similar security tools .
* Strong knowledge of on-premise infrastructure, including:
* Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, Linux/Unix
* Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services .
