THE ROLE
This role operates across the EMEA region with the primary objective of ensuring the effective execution of HR processes and tools within countries currently integrated under the HR Shared Services model. The HR Operations Coordinator will also lead the transition of additional countries from locally managed HR operations into the shared services framework, ensuring a smooth and structured migration aligned with global standards.
The position requires strong coordination, stakeholder engagement, and change management capabilities to support both operational excellence and strategic transformation across the region.

Key Responsabilites
* Review and assess current HR processes across EMEA countries to identify opportunities for improvement, standardization, and increased efficiency.
* Design and implement a dashboard to monitor and report on key HR performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring visibility and data-driven decision-making.
* Lead the development of a scalable operating model to integrate new countries into the HR Shared Services framework.
* Drive process optimization initiatives to ensure high-quality service delivery to employees and managers.
* Collaborate with local HR teams and cross-functional stakeholders to support smooth transitions and ensure alignment with global standards.
* Ensure that all HR processes within Shared Services are fit for purpose, compliant, and capable of delivering consistent and high-impact employee experiences.
* Support change management efforts related to the expansion and evolution of HR Shared Services across the region.
* Continue driving digitalization and automation initiatives

THE PROFILE
* Educated to a minimum of Bachelor's degree level in Business Administration, Human Resources, or Analytics. A Master's degree in HR is a strong plus.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience working in HR Shared Services environments, with a focus on process definition and optimization.
* Proven experience in payroll administration and coordination of HR operations across multiple countries.
* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, additional language is a plus.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* High attention to detail and proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.).
