Job Summary:
The Tour Delivery Manager develops and manages regional teams to deliver exceptional on-tour experiences. This role focuses on recruitment, training, development, and collaboration with the product team to ensure brand standards are met. The success of the Tour Manager directly impacts the quality of the on-tour experience, and we strive to have the best managers in the industry.
Main Responsibilities:
* Hiring/Recruitment: Develop an annual hiring strategy to find top talent supporting business growth and excellence standards.
* Training and Team Development: Continuously evolve training strategies based on individual and team needs through various training models and on-the-road coaching. Conduct tour prep and briefings for new and existing tour managers, assisting with issue resolution when necessary. Support the planning and execution of the annual TM Collaboration Meeting.
* Performance Management: Manage team members to achieve established metrics tied to customer feedback. Identify training opportunities and resources.
* Support Product Design and Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the regional team to enhance tours and marketing content.
* This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Improve operational processes and efficiencies to support tour managers, product enhancements, and emergency services protocols.
* Travel: This position requires some travel (estimated 4 tours per year).
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of industry experience or management experience required.
* Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
* Ability to engage with and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
* Proficient skills in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
* Must be able to speak Portuguese or Spanish fluently.
