Meet the team Reporting to the Chief of Brand, you'll work closely with cross-functional marketing teams to execute integrated campaigns that drive growth aligned with brand objectives. As the Senior Manager for Learner Experience & Growth, you'll develop compelling, product-driven marketing strategies to position Preply as a leading global online tutoring platform.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Growth & Product Storytelling: Drive growth in learners, revenue, and GMV by understanding learner behaviors and communicating Preply's value effectively.
2. Acquisition, Activation, Retention: Develop and implement multi-channel marketing strategies to optimize acquisition and retention, ensuring messaging highlights product value at every learner journey stage.
3. Brand Awareness: Enhance Preply's global brand through partnerships and initiatives that strengthen recognition and foster meaningful connections with learners and tutors.
4. End-to-End Collaboration: Coordinate with Brand, Growth, Product, CRM, Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Influencer teams to ensure seamless implementation and alignment of marketing initiatives.
5. Performance Measurement & ROI: Monitor campaign performance, analyze ROI, and use insights to refine strategies, improve efficiency, and maximize impact.
What You Need To Succeed
* Minimum 7 years in growth marketing, preferably in a marketplace or high-growth environment.
* Strong ability to craft engaging product narratives that resonate and motivate action.
* Analytical, structured thinking with experience managing complex projects and measuring ROI.
* Proven expertise in campaign strategy, execution, and optimization within B2C marketplaces or subscription models.
* A customer-centric mindset focused on enhancing the learner experience and brand connection.
* Proactive and adaptable approach to challenges in dynamic settings.
* Passion for education, language learning, and technology-driven growth.
