JYSK has secured a 274,000 m² plot in Almenara (Castellón), where we will relocate within the next three years. We currently deliver to more than 230 stores and thousands of online customers across Spain and Portugal. Our Distribution Centre in Cheste covers 54,000 m² with capacity for 50,000 pallets, and more than 280 colleagues are ready to welcome you.

Operations Management
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations, focusing on Transport, Consolidation, Wrapping, Replenishment, and Loading
• Negotiate and manage agreements with temporary employment agencies
• Ensure accurate picking processes (online and paper-based)
• Coordinate staffing resources
• Apply continuous improvement principles
• Optimize operations while controlling costs
• Monitor and ensure compliance with budgets and objectives
• Guarantee high service levels
• Promote a culture where speaking up is encouraged
Internal Processes
• Ensure correct storage of articles
• Share relevant information with Team Leaders and operational staff
• Maintain two-way communication between Online Operations and JYSK Management
• Work toward optimal pallet utilization
• Ensure on-time deliveries to carriers
• Maintain effective communication with Outbound Operations
Great DC Management
• Provide clarity on tasks, responsibilities, and required competencies
• Ensure updated job descriptions
• Prioritize and delegate tasks effectively
• Lead, motivate, evaluate, and develop your team
• Ensure proper training and development
• Share best practices across departments and Distribution Centres

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
• Logistics & Supply Chain background; practical experience required
• Leadership experience; planning experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic role with varied responsibilities
• Strong stakeholder-management and collaboration skills
• Proactive attitude and ownership of deadlines and results
• Good level of English (B2 or higher)
