To build out this market with focus and drive its long-term success, we are looking for an entrepreneurial leader. /ppbr/ppbYour Role /b /ppbr/ppAs Country Manager Spain (m/f/d), you own the strategic and operational agenda for building, scaling, and commercially driving the Spanish market. You bring new franchise partners on board, help existing offices grow into thriving businesses, and establish KENSINGTON’s footprint in the country’s top regions. The role is deliberately hands-on: you combine sharp strategic thinking with the drive to roll up your sleeves and make things happen – with real room to shape the business and an exceptional career trajectory. /ppYour Responsibilities /ppbr/ppbStrategic Market Development Expansion /b /ppbr/pulliSystematically growing and strategically developing the Spanish market across all key regions (incl. Costa del Sol, Costa Blanca, Balearic Islands, Madrid, Barcelona, Valencia, Canary Islands). /liliDesigning and executing a clear, end-to-end go-to-market and expansion strategy – with roadmap, milestones, and KPIs to match. /liliFinding, winning, and building lasting relationships with franchise partners across Spain. /liliBuilding and scaling a high-performing partner network and strategic alliances (developers, family offices, legal and tax advisors, media). /li /ulpbr/ppbBusiness Development Sales /b /ppbr/pulliWorking the market proactively and with structure: spotting opportunities on your own initiative and actively reaching out to potential franchise partners. /liliOwning and rigorously managing a strong sales pipeline – from first contact through qualification to bringing new partners on board for KENSINGTON. /liliBringing the KENSINGTON story, brand, and business model to life in a way that convinces qualified prospects to commit to a long-term partnership with us. /liliRepresenting KENSINGTON at industry events, trade fairs, and in the right networks – as the face of the brand in the Spanish market. /li /ulpbr/ppbOnboarding Success of Franchise Partners /b /ppbr/pulliRunning a structured onboarding process for new franchise partners – bringing them up to speed on content, processes, and culture, and integrating them fully into the KENSINGTON system. /liliActively advising, supporting, and developing both existing and new offices – with the clear goal of growing their revenues sustainably and helping our partners thrive as entrepreneurs. /liliSpotting growth levers, sharing best practices across offices, and providing ongoing performance coaching to partners. /liliMaking sure KENSINGTON’s brand, quality, and service standards are upheld across every office in Spain. /li /ulpbr/ppbStructural Development Collaboration with HQ /b /ppbr/pulliPutting in place efficient, scalable processes and structures for the Spanish market – the foundation for long-term, sustainable growth. /liliAs the business grows, you will step by step build out a strong team to support you in sales and partner development. /liliWorking closely with our international headquarters and central functions – acting as the bridge between HQ and the Spanish market, and as the on-the-ground multiplier of everything KENSINGTON stands for. /liliHelping shape KENSINGTON’s country organization in Spain with an entrepreneurial mindset – hand in hand with our international headquarters in Switzerland. /li /ulpbr/ppbYour Profile /b /ppbr/ppbLanguages – Absolute Requirement /b /ppbr/pullibFluent, professional Spanish – written and spoken, native level preferred. (Must) /b /lilibFluent, professional English – for working with HQ and our global partners. (Must) /b /liliGerman is a clear plus and makes working with our German-speaking headquarters easier.
