Role Description
We are seeking an experienced and strategic R&D; Manager to oversee and drive our research and development activities in Spain. This role will play a key part in fostering innovation, leading new product development initiatives, and ensuring that all projects align with the company’s quality, regulatory, and business objectives.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement research and development strategies in line with company objectives
· Plan, coordinate, and monitor R&D; projects, ensuring timely execution and effective budget management
· Develop and lead product technology transfer projects, ensuring a successful transition from development to manufacturing
· Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Quality, Production, and Marketing, to support efficient and successful product development
· Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory standards and internal quality requirements
· Identify and evaluate new technologies, materials, and processes to strengthen innovation capabilities
· Prepare technical reports, presentations, and supporting documentation for senior management
· Contribute to the continuous improvement of R&D; processes, practices, and project outcomes
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemistry or Pharmacy
· Preferably 5+ years of experi
