The Role
As a Senior Service Designer at Nespresso HQ in Barcelona, you will shape and optimize end-to-end service experiences that align user needs with business goals. You will ensure products and services deliver seamless, human-centered experiences across digital and physical touchpoints. Using research, design thinking, and strategic insights, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine customer journeys, develop service blueprints, and improve operational efficiencies.
Key responsibilities include:
* Developing customer journey maps, service blueprints, and experience frameworks.
* Designing and refining end-to-end service experiences.
* Collaborating with teams to implement human-centered service improvements.
Qualifications include:
* Minimum of 8 years in service design, UX design, or related fields.
* Expertise in service blueprinting, journey mapping, and design methodologies.
* Strong experience in user research, prototyping, and usability testing.
* Proficiency in tools like Miro, Figma, Jira, and Confluence.
Preferred skills include experience in Food & Beverage and Luxury Brands sectors, designing for B2B/B2C, and excellent communication skills.
