Main Responsibilities:
* Conduct outbound calls to generate customer interest
* Proactively generate leads aligned with marketing campaigns
* Introduce new products via phone and follow up with information materials
* Collaborate closely with sales and marketing departments
Core Skills/Experience:
* Experience in telemarketing, customer service, sales or similar B2B/B2C roles
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Residence in Barcelona area
* Native-level German (C2) and fluent English (B2/C1); Spanish is a plus
