Overview

Responsibilities
* Identify, qualify, and pursue new partnership opportunities with medical, nursing, and allied health schools.
* Build strong relationships with academic deans, curriculum directors, faculty leaders, and institutional stakeholders.
* Present Lecturio’s platform and solutions through compelling demos and tailored proposals.
* Drive the full sales cycle: from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and onboarding institutions.
* Collaborate with the academic partnerships and customer success teams to ensure a smooth post-sale transition.
* Maintain accurate pipeline management and reporting using Lecturio’s CRM system.
* Provide market feedback to internal teams for product and strategy refinement.
* Represent Lecturio at conferences, webinars, and other industry events.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree required; background in business, health sciences, or education preferred.
* 3+ years of B2B business development, sales, or partnerships experience (ideally in edtech, medical education, or SaaS).
* Proven track record of closing deals in institutional sales or academic environments.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
* Strong organizational skills and comfort with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
* Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for improving education.
