What will the role entail?
Identify and analyze the HR needs of our corporate departments and retail stores gobally.
Lead strategic Talent Acquisition projects, such as Store Development Careers, Employer Branding and Referral Program, among others.
To research employment culture in different countries and propose creative alternatives to conventional hiring methods and job portals - we want to have top processes!
Build a recruitment talent pool, benchmark and knowledge of the Market.
Contribute to the success of the team and the Company
Requirements
What we expect from you?
1. Ability to work independently, in compliance with procedures and deadlines
2. Management of priorities, identify and respond to emergencies.
3. Be able to multitask and deliver quick and accurate answers regarding people issues.
4. Be methodical, rigorous and organized in different projects.
5. Be able to face any type of audience, adapting your communication to the audience and demonstrating good listening skills.
Requirements of the position:
6. Minimum experience in a generalist HR role of 2-3 years.
7. University degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, Business Administration or similar. Master Degree is desirable.
8. English level C1
9. Microsoft Office (Excel y Power Point)
