External Account Manager

In assigned BES territory / BSP industry manage, develop and maintain gold, silver and bronze high customer relations to maximize sales/profit. Identify opportunities and monetize business potentials.

Develop business for gold/silver/bronze (high) accounts, incl. basket/product selling, cross‐selling and value‐based pricing.
Execute customer visits, prepare, coordinate, negotiate, close proposals, respond to RFQs.
Identify customer potential and plan to monetize.
Identify, prioritize and convert prospect business.
Manage customer related initiatives/projects.
Maintain CRM, complete relevant reporting, etc.
Location: Madrid.
Background: Life Science degree – pharmacist, chemist, or similar.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
English: spoken and written. Other languages will be valued.
Other tools such as Salesforce and SAP will be valued.
