This is a project built for longevity, in its buildings, its gardens, and its people.Position Overview Directly reporting to the Executive Chef the Restaurant Manager will be responsible for thedaily leadership of restaurant service, ensuring smooth operations, refined service standards, and a memorable guest experience. In a luxury property like The Völkers House, the role requiresstrong floor presence, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and develop a service team while maintaining the highest hospitality standards.Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate daily restaurant service operations, ensuring smooth and elegant service delivery.Maintain strong presence on the floor and ensure an exceptional guest dining experience.Supervise, schedule, and develop the restaurant service team.Ensure seamless coordination between kitchen and service teams.Maintain high standards of presentation, hospitality, and service quality.Contribute to revenue performance through upselling and service optimization.Monitor service operations, guest feedback, and daily performance indicators.Requirements Strong understanding ofluxury service standards.Solid knowledge offood, beverage, and wine service.Wine education or certification (such asWSET) is considered an advantage.Experience leading service teams and managing restaurant operations.Familiarity withPOS systems and digital service tools.Proficiency inMicrosoft Office (Excel, Word).Fluent Spanish and English.German is a plus.What we offer Competitive salary package.25 days of annual leave.Staff accommodation available.The opportunity to join anew luxury hospitality project from its opening phase.Work in anexclusive property in Mallorca, delivering a highly personalized guest experience.Many additional employee benefitsas part of a growing hospitality project.
