With operations in Europe, the U.S., LATAM and the Middle East, we're scaling quickly—and we need the right people to help us go further. /ppbr/ppbRole Overview /b /ppWe are looking for a bhighly organized, proactive, and analytical Personal Assistant / CEO Coordinator /b to support our CEO in strategic initiatives, internal coordination, and external communications. This is not a typical assistant role: you will be involved in key company projects, preparation of materials for board meetings and investors, and act as a sparring partner for the CEO in driving operational and growth initiatives. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /pulliSupport the CEO with documentation, presentations, meeting briefs, and strategic reports. /liliCoordinate cross-functional meetings, follow-ups, and agendas with internal stakeholders and external partners. /liliOrganize and prioritize incoming requests, ensuring the CEO’s time is used effectively. /liliHelp synthesize ideas, structure projects, and maintain visibility across key initiatives. /liliTake ownership of special projects and support in ad-hoc tasks across strategy, operations, or fundraising. /liliAssist in investor relations coordination and external communications. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We’re Looking For /b /pulli2–4 years of experience in executive support, business operations, consulting, project management, or similar roles. /liliExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish. /liliHigh attention to detail, proactive mindset, and ability to work with ambiguity. /liliComfortable preparing decks, memos, reports, and tracking follow-up actions. /liliExperience using tools like Notion, Google Workspace, Slide decks, and hubspot or other CRMs. /li /ulpbr/ppbWhat We Offer /b /pulliStrategic exposure and the opportunity to work closely with the CEO and leadership team. /liliFull-time position with career progression into project management or business operations. /liliCompetitive salary based on experience. /liliA dynamic, mission-driven, international environment. /li /ul
