PbAt ING we are looking for a Vicepresident - Transaction Services Sales Trade Consultant Iberia /b /ppbYour role and work environment: /b /ppWe are seeking a talented and enthusiastic bVP-Transaction Services Sales Trade Consultant Iberia /b (Working Capital Solutions) to join our bTransaction Services (TS) /b team within bWholesale Banking Spain Portugal /b. /ppThe team collaborates with large corporates to offer TS solutions for the bank, including Working Capital Solutions (WCS), Trade Financial Services (TFS), and Payments and Cash Management (PCM). /ppbYour key responsibilities: /b /ppAs a Transaction Services Sales Trade Consultant Iberia, you will be responsible for growing the Daily Banking business and increasing profitability through the origination of new TS mandates within the Wholesale Banking (WB) client portfolio in Spain and Portugal. /ppThe TS Sales Consultant sells the full suite of TS Trade solutions across the network (both WCS and TFS), with a focus on Working Capital Solutions products such as Receivables Finance and Supply Chain Finance (SCF). /ppbKey responsibilities and activities: /b /ppbOrigination and Business Development: /b /pulliGenerate new TS share of wallet deals with existing and new clients, focusing on WCS products. /liliMeet challenging revenue targets and ensure client profitability within ING's risk framework. /liliCollaborate with the local head of Transaction Services to define business strategy and promote SCF and Receivables Finance solutions in Iberia. /li /ulpbTransaction Execution: /b /pulliManage and advise on sizeable and complex transactions, leading the process from pre-sales to proposal. /liliSupport structuring and execution of SCF and Receivables Finance mandates with colleagues from TS Advisory Structuring teams in Amsterdam/Brussels. /liliEnsure completeness, timeliness, and accuracy in the sales process, including presentations, legal documentation, and coordination with involved departments and external parties. /liliNegotiate TS solutions and pricing agreements, balancing client expectations with ING's risk appetite. /li /ulpbCustomer Relationship Management: /b /pulliEnhance cross-selling of TS solutions. /liliBuild trust as a trusted advisor to clients, working closely with internal stakeholders such as Bankers, TS Sales colleagues, TS Advisory Structuring teams, and others. /li /ulpbRisk Portfolio Management: /b /pulliMonitor the existing portfolio in collaboration with risk management. /liliOperate in compliance with KYC guidelines. /li /ulpbKnowledge Management: /b /pulliContribute to the development of new solutions to enhance ING's Working Capital product catalog. /liliAttend client events to position ING's TS value proposition and stay informed on industry trends. /liliMaintain high-level knowledge of industry and TS products, especially Trade products. /li /ulpbWhat are we looking for? /b /ppIf you identify with the following qualities, we encourage you to apply: /pulliBachelor's or Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting, or Finance. /liliAt least 5 years of relevant experience with deep technical knowledge of SCF and Receivables Finance products, including factoring, TRPPs, securitizations, sustainable SCF, and third-party platforms. /liliKnowledge of Trade Finance products (bank guarantees, LCs) and inventory financing is highly valued. /liliAmbitious, client-focused, results-oriented, adaptable, courageous in decision-making, and excellent communicator. /liliStrong organizational skills, stakeholder management, data-driven decision-making, team player, ethical, and professional. /liliWillingness to learn in a dynamic, global environment with high client expectations. /liliFluent in English and Spanish. /li /ulpbWhat do we offer? /b /ppWe prioritize your personal and professional fulfillment, offering a flexible, supportive, and enriching work environment with various benefits, including: /pulliFlexibility in work location and schedule. /liliRestaurant card, health and life insurance, flexible remuneration, shuttle service, banking benefits, vitality programs, and more. /liliOpportunities for growth, learning, and participation in a diverse, inclusive culture committed to sustainability and innovation. /li /ulpJoin us in helping clients create a better future, with a team that values collaboration, innovation, and sustainability.
