Responsibilities Design & Engineering: Define, calculate, and design mechanical and process systems for cutting‐edge production lines.
Technical Documentation: Prepare equipment specifications, procurement documents, project reports, and technical manuals.
Process Calculations: Perform calculations for pumps, valves, heat exchangers, pipeline sizing, utilities, and instrumentation selection.
3D Design & Layout Supervision: Oversee design models, preassemblies, and installation layouts to ensure precision and efficiency.
Procurement & Tendering: Generate equipment purchase tenders and installation material lists.
On‐Site Supervision & Commissioning: Lead assembly, ensure quality control, and support commissioning teams for successful project delivery.
Safety & Compliance: Guarantee compliance with safety regulations, risk assessments, and company standards.
Client & Team Coordination: Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
Sales & Reporting: Prepare reports, track project KPIs, and assist in sales target planning.
Innovation & Sustainability: Contribute to projects that integrate sustainable technologies and carbon capture solutions.
Travel & On‐Site Work: Be ready for extensive travel and hands‐on involvement at project sites worldwide.
Qualifications Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Food Technology.
Industry Knowledge: Experience in chemical, dairy, food, or beverage industries highly desirable.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish, English, and French (mandatory requirement).
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of process design and mechanical systems; familiarity with 3D design tools (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks); understanding of utilities, instrumentation, and process control.
Project Management: Ability to lead internal and external teams, manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Analytical & Problem‐Solving: Strong capability to analyze complex systems and propose innovative solutions.
Financial Acumen: Knowledge of project finance, budgeting, cost control, and forecasting.
Safety & Compliance: Commitment to QHSE culture and safety standards.
Flexibility: Willingness to travel extensively and adapt to different environments.
