Pb Job Offer: Tooling / Mold Engineer – Automotive Industry /b /ppb Location: /b Ibi, Alicante, Spain /ppb Company: /b RESRG Automotive Ibi /ppb Employment type: /b Permanent / Full-time /ppb Joining date: /b February 2026 /p p We are looking for a b Tooling / Mold Engineer /b with extensive field experience in plastic injection molding and proven mold design skills to lead the tooling department and support the mold design phase for new launches, ensuring robust, on-time and on-budget industrialization, coordinated with all relevant departments. /p pb Responsibilities /b /pulli Support the technical definition of molds during the RFQ, design, and launch phases. /lili Manage internal tooling and/or external mold suppliers. /lili Monitor new product launches: Design, manufacturing, testing, validation, and series production start-up. /lili Actively participate in Design and Manufacturing (DFM), Moldflow, design reviews, and PMFA. /lili Ensure the correct industrialization of the product, optimizing quality, cycle time, scrap, and process robustness. /lili Provide on-site technical support during mold testing in industrialization phases. /lili Cross functional coordination with Product Design, Processes, Quality, Purchasing, Production, and Suppliers departments. /lili Manage engineering changes related to molds. /lili Monitor tooling KPIs. /li /ul pb Requirements /b /pulli Bachelor#39;s or Master#39;s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Materials, or similar) /lili Minimum of 5 years of experience in mold engineering for plastic injection molding in automotive industry. /lili Demonstrable experience in Injection molding workshop (setup, mold adjustments, troubleshooting), mold design and repair /lili Thermoplastic injection molding processes and root cause analysis of incidents. /lili Multi-cavity molds, hot runner molds, cold runner molds, inserts knowledge. /lili Proficiency in CAD software (NX, CATIA, SolidWorks, or equivalent). /lili Upper-intermediate English (B2–C1): regularly used in an international environment with clients and suppliers. /li /ul pb What Will put you ahead: /b /pulli Experience with Moldflow or other simulation tools would be valuable. /lili Highly shopfloor-oriented professional with a strong understanding of industrial processes. /lili Able to delve into technical details while maintaining a comprehensive project overview. /lili Decisive, structured, and technically proficient. /lili Excellent communication and teamwork skills, capable of working effectively in multidisciplinary teams. /lili Committed to continuous improvement and results-driven. /li /ul pb What we offer /b /pulli Professional growth in an international environment. /lili Teamwork in a good atmosphere. /lili Compensation according to expertise.
