Experteer Overview
In this role you drive sustainable sales and market share growth for SHS Radiopharma by managing strategic partnerships with key healthcare institutions. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to support commercial performance and long-term collaborations across international markets. You’ll engage KOLs, shape account plans, and contribute to market access and product positioning. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic account leadership with a strong compliance mindset and cross‑functional influence.

• Develop and execute long-term key account strategies to boost sales and market share
• Manage relationships with key healthcare institutions including hospitals
• Identify and engage KOLs to support product positioning and partnerships
• Serve as main liaison between customers, KOLs and internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical, Customer Service, Finance)
• Define annual account plans with objectives, actions, and KPIs
• Support market access initiatives including product listings and payer negotiations
• Lead commercial negotiations (pricing, contracts, terms) aligned with strategy and compliance
• Identify collaboration opportunities with customers and KOLs to create shared value
• Support promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches with ROI focus
• Contribute to medical education and training with Medical Affairs and Trade Marketing
• Ensure full compliance with SHS policies and regulatory standards
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or related field
• Minimum 5 years in Key Account Management, Sales, Market Access or related roles
• Solid understanding of hospital environments and decision-making processes
• Proven ability to build and manage relationships with KOLs and stakeholders
• Strong knowledge of pricing, reimbursement, product listing and negotiation processes
• Excellent commercial acumen with a track record of sales growth
• Strong negotiation, influencing and communication skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams
• Analytical mindset to define and monitor KPIs and account plans
• High autonomy, accountability and compliance mindset
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus
