WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
* 5+ years of experience in business continuity, risk management, or information security, preferably within regulated or high-impact environments.
* Proven expertise in ISO 22301 (Business Continuity Management) : experience developing, implementing, auditing, or maintaining BCM frameworks.
* Solid knowledge of ISO 27001 (Information Security Management) : understanding of ISMS design, risk assessment, controls, and compliance.
* Experience in conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA), crisis management planning, and continuity testing.
* Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
* Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken) – essential for client and internal collaboration.
* Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
* Certification in ISO 22301 Lead Implementer or Lead Auditor (or equivalent) is highly valued.
* A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and organizational resilience.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
* Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS) aligned with ISO 22301 .
* Support the integration of ISO 27001 principles into business continuity strategies and risk frameworks.
* Conduct Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and risk assessments to identify critical processes and recovery priorities.
* Develop, test, and maintain Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) and crisis response protocols.
* Coordinate internal audits, compliance reviews, and prepare for external certification processes.
* Train teams and stakeholders on continuity procedures and emergency response.
* Collaborate with IT, HR, legal, and operations to ensure organizational resilience across all functions.
* Stay updated on evolving regulatory requirements and industry best practices in resilience and security.
