We’re a small, driven team with diverse skills and big goals. To support our next phase of growth, we’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager who can think strategically and execute effectively. As our Growth Marketing manager, you will take full ownership of all marketing efforts — from high-level strategy to hands-on execution and ongoing optimization. Planning, launching, and optimizing user acquisition campaigns across various channels—including Web2App flows and paid media platforms.
Collaborating closely with our Product Manager, who owns in-app monetisation mechanics (onboarding flows, paywalls, A/B testing, etc.) Boosting organic growth through effective ASO (App Store Optimization) and continuous SEO improvements on our website and blog.
Identifying and collaborating with external partners, such as agencies, content creators, and freelance talents, to expand our reach and enhance execution.
Since we’re looking for a full-stack marketer, the list below reflects our ideal expectations. You’re a full-stack marketer with a strong balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Ideally, you have proven expertise in mobile app marketing.
While we’re open to growing the marketing team, you’re expected to take the lead—launching revenue-generating channels and processes, and building a strong, data-backed case when additional hires are truly needed.
You use AI tools daily to boost your efficiency, and you’re constantly exploring and testing new ones.
You have strong technical and analytical skills, and you’re comfortable working with ad platforms such as Meta, Google Ads; SEO/ASO tools, and product analytics (we use Amplitude and Mixpanel).
You’ll have all the necessary resources to run experiments, testing new channels, creative concepts, and messaging — always aiming for sustainable and scalable unit economics.
Creating high-impact marketing assets, including visuals and copy, that educate, engage, and convert our target users.
