About the Role:
We are looking for a data‑driven Customer‑Facing Product Operations Manager to drive the performance and user experience of key customer‑facing products, including search functionality, product detail pages (PDP), and customer service tools. You will play a central role in optimizing our digital platform by translating user insights into actionable improvements, ensuring seamless product launches, and supporting strategic decision‑making through analytics. This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, combines strong analytical skills with business acumen, and enjoys collaborating across product, tech, and operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize customer‑facing product features based on the product team’s strategy, with a focus on search, PDP, and customer journey tools.
- Partner with cross‑functional teams to identify user needs, analyze behavioral data, and implement UX improvements that boost engagement and conversion.
- Lead end‑to‑end product launch plans — from planning to execution — ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
- Serve as a bridge between users and the product team: collect feedback, uncover pain points, and translate insights into prioritized enhancements.
- Monitor product performance using KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and deliver data‑backed recommendations to improve key metrics.
- Prepare regular reports for stakeholders, highlighting trends, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
