In this high-visibility role, you'll take the lead on procurement initiatives, help shape category strategies, and champion best practices across the business. What you will do:
- Lead and own sourcing activity across multiple categories - including full-cycle RFPs, tenders, and contract negotiations.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders across departments such as finance, legal, marketing, and tech.
- Shape and deliver our procurement strategy, supporting annual planning and budget alignment.
- Oversee supplier performance, manage risks, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
- Promote procurement best practices, driving improvements in tools, processes, and adoption.
- Foster efficiency and adaptability through continuous process enhancement.
Who you are:
- You bring 5+ years of experience in procurement, category management, or commercial roles.
- You have a strong foundation in services procurement (e.g. tech, finance, FMCG).
- You're a confident communicator and relationship-builder, skilled at influencing stakeholders at all levels.
- You're proactive, organised, and thrive when juggling multiple priorities.
- You're well-versed in strategic sourcing, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
- You're energised by fast-moving environments and enjoy working independently.
- Bonus points if you've worked with ERP systems (like Oracle or SAP) or hold a procurement qualification (like CIPS).
