Position objective and project description This position belongs to the Cybersecurity Regulatory Consulting Section and will support a project for a client in the energy sector. The role is for a Security Management Specialist in OT Projects who will provide support to the OT Security Program together with the OT Security Architecture Specialist.
What challenge will you face?
OT methodologies and processes:
Update the risk management methodology for Industrial Control Systems (ICS).

Incident response plans:
Develop and test incident response plans specific to OT environments.
Vulnerability management:
Define the vulnerability management process for industrial assets.
⚙️
Operational support:
Provide support for the new industrial cybersecurity operating model and program initiatives (hardening, segmentation, ransomware protection).
Procedures:
Develop procedures to facilitate the adoption of program processes and promote secure operations.
What do we need in our team?
Technical experience:
Experience in IT and OT cybersecurity, hardening, secure infrastructures, system and network administration, perimeter security, and critical environments.
Methodologies:
Solid knowledge of Risk Analysis methodologies applied to ICS/OT.
Required certification:
ISA/IEC 62443 Cybersecurity Fundamentals Specialist.
Minimum experience:
Over 5 years in roles related to industrial and/or critical infrastructure cybersecurity.

Languages:
English level B2.
Valuable knowledge:
Threat modeling.
