For our HR department based in Palma de Mallorca, we are looking for someone proactive, organized, and detail-oriented. You will learn about administration tasks and support to the department.
The trainee will support across the different brands, MTS Globe, OTS Globe, and Axis Data with a strong focus on people admin and HR administrative support.

As a member of the HR department, you will learn:

1. Social security updates or communications (hirings, sick leaves, and others)
2. Prepare HR documents: employment contracts, certificates, and others
3. Organize and maintain personnel records in our internal HR ERP
4. Monthly payroll support
5. Answer employees' queries about HR-related issues
6. Learn about administrative support and participate in Labour Risk prevention (PRL)


Requirements

* Final-year university student in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields.
* Organizational and time management skills.
* Intermediate level of English proficiency.
