Your Mission & Impact As a Customer Segmentation & Performance Lead, you will play a key role in defining how global marketing strategies are built and measured in a complex B2B environment. You will shape customer segmentation, buying journeys, and performance frameworks that directly influence business growth and commercial decisions across multiple markets. ✅ What We’re Looking For +5 years of experience in B2B marketing, growth strategy, marketing performance, or analytics-driven roles. Proven experience in customer segmentation, ICP definition, and persona development. Strong understanding of B2B funnels, demand generation, and long sales cycles. Experience defining performance metrics, KPIs, and ROI proxies in complex environments. Familiarity with data-driven marketing, CDP concepts, or marketing analytics. Experience working in cross-functional and international environments. Full professional proficiency in English (mandatory). Spanish is a plus. Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into business actions.
