We are seeking a data-driven Regional Marketing Manager with a strong background in Field / Regional marketing, demand generation skills, people management experience, and virtual event expertise. The role involves building, driving, planning, and executing marketing programs targeting customers and prospects to support sales pipeline goals. Key skills include planning, organization, communication, leadership, and execution, with a deep understanding of your region being essential.
Responsibilities :
* Drive adoption and lead generation programs to develop qualified sales leads, accelerate the pipeline, and increase brand awareness within the region.
* Lead quarterly planning sessions with sales leadership to set objectives, strategies, and priorities for regional marketing efforts.
* Collaborate with regional sales stakeholders to develop an integrated ABM demand generation plan aligned with corporate marketing strategies to meet sales goals.
* Plan and execute in-person field events, account-based marketing initiatives, regional webinars, trade shows, Grafana-hosted events, and more to achieve regional targets.
* Develop event marketing plans, including goals, budgets, schedules, presentations, executive communications, post-event surveys, and reporting.
* Promote collaboration within the regional marketing team to share lessons learned and best practices, continually improving the regional marketing model.
* Monitor and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through pipeline inspection and deal tracking.
* Create and manage a regional marketing dashboard to track marketing spend impact on the pipeline using available tools.
* Oversee partner and channel marketing strategies, prioritizing strategic partners for joint marketing efforts.
Requirements :
* 5+ years of experience in Field / Regional Marketing or a similar role.
* Willingness to travel up to 40% for programs and meetings.
* Experience with SFDC (reporting, campaign management, data hygiene).
* Willingness to support marketing programs outside local time zones and normal business hours.
* Ability to align strategies with open source go-to-market motions.
* Knowledge of Splash, Marketo, Clearbit, DemandTools, Google Analytics is a plus.
* Proficiency in German, French, or Spanish is required.
The OTE range for this role in Spain is €61,000 - €74,000, with actual compensation based on experience and skills. Benefits include equity, bonuses (if applicable), and other listed benefits.
