Customer Support Agent
for
SIXT ride
with fluent German and English skills, experience in customer service, and a proactive attitude. We offer a 100% remote position from anywhere in Spain and the chance to grow within the automotive sector.

YOUR ROLE
Together with the support team, act as the interface between customers and chauffeursEnsure high-quality standards are met and that every customer is safely transported from point A to BMonitor driver punctuality worldwide using our custom-developed tools and organize alternatives if necessaryMake sure each booked transfer is assigned to the appropriate driverEnsure that drivers and customers find each other – whether at a major airport, hotel, trade fair, company, or private residence – even when things get chaoticTake care of every customer – celebrity or not
YOUR SKILLS
Fluency in both
German and English, with excellent communication skillsPassion for customer service
and a genuine interest in supporting and assisting clientsMinimum of
1 year of experience
in a similar customer-facing or service-oriented roleProficiency
with MS Office tools and confidence in working with digital systemsAbility
to work effectively in a remote environment, with availability for rotating shifts from Monday to SundayA
proactive, solution-oriented mindset
with a strong focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences
