Position Overview :
As an FPA Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial planning and analysis practices at Grupo Fire. This position offers a unique opportunity to influence the company's strategic financial decisions and to grow rapidly within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
* Develop and implement robust financial models and forecasts to support business planning and decision-making.
* Analyze financial data and trends to provide actionable insights to senior management.
* Collaborate with finance and management teams to prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
* Monitor financial performance by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
* Enhance financial awareness and provide analytical support across all departments.
Qualifications :
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
* Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting.
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modelling.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to rapid changes.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
