About the Role
To help realise our growth ambitions in Iberia, we are looking for a commercially driven and proactive Sales Assistant.
Responsibilities
* Proactively contacting customers to drive reorders, upselling and cross-selling
* Reactivating inactive or low-frequency customers
* Managing and tracking sales opportunities in Salesforce
* Supporting order processes in collaboration with Customer Service and Finance
* Monitoring customer performance and identifying growth opportunities
* Executing telesales campaigns and promotional activities
* Collecting and sharing market and customer feedback
Qualifications
* Fluent in Spanish and English (Portuguese is a plus)
* Experience in telesales, inside sales or commercial support is preferred
Required Skills
* Strong commercial mindset and results-driven attitude
* Comfortable working with targets and KPIs
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills (phone-based)
* Structured and well-organised, able to manage multiple priorities
* Team player with strong coordination skills
