**Experience**: 3+ years leading data-focused projects as Project Manager/Scrum Master
**Technical**: Proven track record with data platforms (SQL, cloud analytics, ETL pipelines)
**Languages**: Professional fluency in English (C1+)

Manage end-to-end data projects (warehousing, BI, ML initiatives) using Agile/Scrum
Coordinate data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders across multiple time zones

Mitigate risks and resolve blockers to maintain project velocity
Champion best practices in data governance and quality
