About the Role
The inSite Support Intern will support the inSite functional support team in the daily operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the inSite platform. This role provides hands‑on experience in enterprise application support within a global construction and engineering environment, working closely with functional analysts, technical teams, and business users. It is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates interested in enterprise systems, digital transformation, and IT support in large organizations.
Key Responsibilities
* Support the inSite functional support team in managing and tracking user incidents and requests.
* Assist in the analysis and documentation of functional issues reported by end users.
* Maintain and update functional documentation, user guides, and training materials.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities for new features and enhancements.
* Collaborate with senior analysts in user training sessions and onboarding processes.
* Perform basic data reviews and validations related to inSite processes.
* Facilitate coordination between business users, IT support, and development teams.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the inSite platform and support processes.
Qualifications
* Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Business Administration, Civil Engineering / Construction‑related, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related degree program.
* Basic understanding of IT systems or business applications.
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
* Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
