Business Unit Manager – Joint Replacement Iberia (Southern Europe). This role reports to the Senior Business Unit Director of the Southern Europe Joint Replacement division and oversees management of the Business Unit in the Iberia region.

Responsibilities
Coordination of sales actions
Control of the reporting (highlights)
Optimization of resources in the area (deposits, A&P, expenses ...)
Information workflow management inside the department and between other departments
Controlling and managing all resources, personnel, and materials of the area
High‐level knowledge of the CMF diverse products, application and techniques
Follow up pricing policy of the company, discount authorizations approval and management
Monthly report to CMF Director on sales evolution and market adaptation
Coordinate sales force
Promotion and presentation of products to the sales force, intermediation between sales area and customers
Achievement of periodic marketing plans and long‐term strategic plans (3‐ and 5‐year terms)
Responsible for launching the product at national level
Coordination, distribution, and logistics of the product (conditional deposits, kits ...)
Control and management of company investment, personnel team, expenses, margins and prices in the area
Supervise the proper segregation of waste in the department
Minimum Qualifications
10+ years overall commercial experience (marketing and sales)
Solid experience as commercial or division business unit leader or regional sales manager for a medical device business with proven career progression
Direct selling experience required, preferably in the medical device industry, with strong knowledge of opinion leaders, main products and competitors
Fluent in English and Spanish; intermediate Italian is a plus
Proven experience in delivering market‐share growth and meeting financial commitments
Experience building and executing marketing/sales budgets and plans
Demonstrated success building, managing, motivating, and developing strong sales teams with direct and indirect channels; acumen in sales coverage, territory coverage, and customer focus
Ability to build engagement and leverage performance‐management systems: goal setting, performance planning and monitoring, coaching, feedback, performance review
Strong commercial and financial acumen; record of overachieving organizational goals (sales quota, growth quota, P&L, engagement)
Excellent collaboration and communication skills; strong cross‐functional influencing and teamwork
Territory and TravelTerritory: Spain & Portugal. Based location: Spain. Travel: 60‐70% field.
