We are seeking a commercially driven Sales Manager Spain to lead sales growth and dealer network development across Spain. /ppbr/ppThe role will be reported directly to the Country Manager. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/ppDealer and Network Development /pulliBuild strong, productive relationships with dealers and importer-retail partners across the cluster. /liliIdentify opportunities to improve retailer capability, standards, customer experience, and local market execution. /liliAssess network coverage and support the appointment, upgrade, or exit of partners in line with brand standards and growth priorities. /liliWork cross-functionally with marketing and after-sales teams to support holistic dealer development. /li /ulpbr/ppSales Leadership /pulliDeliver retail and wholesale targets for motorcycles, accessories, and related commercial programmes across the region. /liliWork with dealers to plan monthly and quarterly sales actions, launch readiness, promotional activity, and pipeline conversion. /liliMonitor KPIs, market demand, stock flow, and conversion performance, putting in place corrective actions where required. /liliLead dealer readiness for new product launches, including training alignment, point-of-sale materials, demos, and execution standards. /liliProvide direction and support to Area Sales Managers working within the territory. /li /ulpbr/ppMarket Insight and Representation /pulliAct as the voice of the market, feeding back competitor intelligence, customer trends, commercial risks, and growth opportunities. /liliContribute to sales forecasting, product demand planning, and customer targeting decisions. /liliRepresent the brand at selected events, ride-outs, launches, and commercial activations where appropriate. /li /ulpbr/ppbKey requirements /b /ppbr/pulliExperienced in the motorcycles industry /liliStrong knowledge of dealer network management, retail sales processes, wholesale terms, and route-to-market models. /liliExperience managing markets through importer-retailer structures would be highly valuable. /liliStrong experience in dealer network development across Spain /liliBackground in the motorcycle industry with a proper network already in place /liliDeep understanding of the local Spanish market /liliDriving licenses: A B /liliAgile, flexible mindset; dynamic and adaptable to change /liliHigh level of independence and autonomy /liliAbility to work remotely with managers based in different countries /liliStrong decision making capabilities /liliTravel requirement: around 80% /liliAvailability to participate in dealers’ events during weekends /liliEnglish Fluent, Spanish Fluent any other languages will be a plus /li /ul
