Job Opportunity: Sales Manager

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our commercial efforts within the yachting industry. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing key client relationships, and driving revenue growth in the Levante and Catalonia regions.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

1. Identifying prospects and presenting tailored solutions.
2. Closing deals that meet our high standards.
3. Overseeing the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to post-sale follow-up.

You will work closely with an international and collaborative sales team, including account managers, sales executives, and other professionals, to achieve growth targets.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong commercial mindset, excellent negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of the maritime sector. If you thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing environment and are passionate about sales, strategy, and delivering value, we would love to hear from you!


Responsibilities

* Constant prospecting for new business opportunities.
* Organizing and conducting sales appointments.
* Driving sales and identifying growth opportunities.
* Demonstrated ability in lead generation and direct sales.
* Familiarity with the yacht industry is highly desirable.
* Self-driven, results-focused, and persuasive, with strong negotiation skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience is advantageous.
