How your talent will transform the Consulting team in Payments
As a Consultant, you will play an active role in a team specialized in designing and implementing technology solutions related to cross-border transfers between financial institutions.
What will you do?
- Participate in technology projects focused on international payments (cross-border payments), from functional definition to technical implementation.
- Understand, document, and represent end-to-end flows of international payments, including all process steps: instruction, routing, settlement, and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with product, architecture, and development teams to design functional and technical solutions in the payments space.
- Act as Project Manager, ensuring proper planning, tracking, and delivery of projects.
- Support testing and technical integration activities, especially in the use of APIs or messaging queues.
- Contribute to the standardization of processes and documentation within the international payments area.
What we’re looking for to grow together
We seek talent with vision, curiosity, and a desire to grow. These are the key requirements:
- Solid knowledge of international transfers and SWIFT MT messaging (MT103, MT202, MT199, etc.).
- Familiarity with the new ISO 20022 standard and its messages applicable to international payments (pacs.008, pacs.009, camt.056, camt.029, etc.).
- Ability to interpret financial message structures and messaging flows between entities.
- Experience in technology projects within the banking environment, preferably in payments or financial messaging.
- Knowledge and experience with tools and technologies such as:
- APIs and testing tools (Postman).
- Asynchronous messaging systems (MQ queues, RabbitMQ, or others).
- Project management tools (Jira, Confluence).
- Professional level of English, both spoken and written (documentation and meetings in English).
