Your Responsibilities Will Include
Work independently on fault analysis and repair of wind turbine generator systems, clarifying any client queries.
Execute planned and preventive maintenance of wind turbine generator systems.
Document call‑out responses, fault finding and repair work in service reports, logbooks, and checklists.
Coordinate external and internal service providers and contractors on site.
Perform preventive and corrective maintenance activities on the wind turbine.
Plan jobs, preparing tools, parts, timing and resources needed for the assigned work.
Comply with safety regulations, operations, service and other procedural manuals.
Cooperate with on‑site subcontractors (supervision, local EHS rules).
Support the validation and engineering team.
Assist in main component exchange on site.
Troubleshoot wind turbine failure modes.
Coordinate service teams on site, including external support (holiday, back‑up, etc.).
Maintain warehouse, office and site container in working condition.
Keep turbine and site pad clean, tidy and safe.
Focus on high availability of the wind turbine.
Create PAC cases, EHS hazard cards and intervention reports.
Participate in follow‑up meetings with daily/weekly progress updates.

WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Professional wind turbine technician with broad knowledge and competencies.
Highly skilled with electrical components and capable of switching off wind turbine generators from the grid.
High degree of quality awareness; excellent fault‑finding and diagnostic skills and the ability to detect and remedy faults, defects, problems.
Able to work at heights and having high physical fitness.
Structured worker with technical and analytical abilities.
Willing to travel for training if required.
Willing to work overtime and occasionally on weekends / weekend duty cover.
Familiarity with MS‑Office operating system.
GWO training is a valuable asset.
