Key Responsibilities
Source, attract, and recruit online game presenters for live casino environments
Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing screening interview coordination offer stage
Utilize free sourcing channels, social media, and creative outreach strategies
Build and maintain talent pipelines across English, Dutch, and/or Korean-speaking markets
Ensure candidates meet client requirements (language level, presentation skills, personality fit)
Collaborate closely with the delivery team to meet hiring targets and deadlines
Candidate Profile
Proven experience in iGaming recruitment (essential)
Strong understanding of live casino presenter roles / game hosts / dealers
Experience recruiting in one or more of the following markets:
English-speaking
Dutch-speaking
Korean-speaking
Skilled in high-volume recruitment
Strong sourcing skills using free tools and platforms
Excellent communication and stakeholder management
