Sales Manager Travel Sellers Europe
Summary
We are Outpayce, providing seamless end‑to‑end payments solutions to the travel industry, helping airlines, travel sellers, hotels, and corporations overcome payment challenges and meet evolving user expectations. We are growing rapidly and seek a new team member for our Outpayce Commercial team to serve our travel seller clients in the EMEA region.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Driving New Sales: Close new acquisition opportunities in collaboration with the broader Amadeus team. Develop deal strategies, approach, and value propositions tailored to customer segments. Prospect, follow-up, and secure deals.
2. Renewals and Upsells: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within our payout and merchant services portfolio. Collaborate with customer adoption teams to support business growth.
3. Complex Deal Management: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define deal strategies, manage risks, and ensure successful implementation and go-live plans.
4. Acceptance / Merchant Solutions: Promote business opportunities within merchant solutions to the travel seller community and relay customer feedback to the product team for improvements.
5. Representation and Events: Act as Outpayce's spokesperson at industry events, engaging with customers, partners, and industry peers.
6. Market Trends & Trusted Advisor: Maintain knowledge of fintech, payout payments, travel technology trends, and regulatory changes. Build trusted relationships with customers, acting as their advisor.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
* Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related; Master's/MBA is a plus.
* Experience managing complex multinational/regional accounts.
* Preferably background in Travel Technology and Payments/Fintech, especially Payout or Merchant Payments.
* Technologically savvy, able to influence product teams.
* Proficient in Salesforce CRM and Office tools.
* Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.
* Customer-focused, proactive, organized, accountable, and responsive.
