Job DescriptionUnder the direction of the Director of Distribution, manage the operation of the distribution centre in L’Ametlla del Valles, Spain. Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities related to the reception, storage, and shipping of goods, maintaining accurate inventory control. Oversee warehouse efficiency, expense control, and personnel development, with full P&L accountability. Handle multi-attribute distribution, including Dangerous Goods and Non-Dangerous Goods.
Support sales and customer service teams in ES, addressing operational issues and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and shipping.Manage warehouse staff, task assignment, and scheduling.Manage the distribution centre’s budget.Develop and deploy service offerings to meet or exceed customer expectations.Identify and implement efficiency improvements.Improve warehouse organization, layout, and efficiency.Design data-driven metrics and SOPs to enhance performance.Build a cohesive team aligned with company values:

Experience:
Substantial managerial experience in physical distribution or transportation, with complex team management.

Minimum Qualifications:
Degree in Materials Management, Supply Chain/Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related;
proficiency in Microsoft Office;
knowledge of WMS systems;
experience with processre-engineering;
training in PPI/Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing preferred.
