Description As to further strengthen ArcelorMittal’s position on the Iberian market, push Sheet Piling Solution versus concrete solution, but also gain market shares from concrete solution providers and implement RPS project philosophy, the sales team in Spain needs to be strengthen by an outgoing and customer oriented front sales person, supporting the Promotion and Marketing through common defined strategies with RPS. The current set-up with 0.5 front sales and 0.0 back office is not sufficient to handle both Promotion and Marketing through regular visits with stakeholders and create awareness of steel solution and at the same time to follow projects from tender stage to finalization (negotiation/sales and delivery/invoicing). The new front sales needs to continue with recent performed webinars (in conjunction with RPS) on Port Structures, Environmental Solutions and Flood control. XCarb needs a stronger push to create sustainability awareness and differentiate from concrete competition. Application Based Marketing (ABM) to be strongly enhanced for value creation through solution providing. Key Responsibilities Main deliverables are the following: - Business development Iberian market, project development - Responsible as Front Sales to market and commercialize Steel Foundation Solutions and associated products in the respective geographical area by combining commercial skills customer relationship and technical knowledge - Ensuring through regular contacts and visits with/to end-users/authorities, engineering companies and contractors, to be aware/updated of current and future projects - With support of RPS and current front sales Spain develop Iberian market and create opportunities - Through regular contact, be involved and ensure that ArcelorMittal Foundation Solutions are the preferred option for stake holders - Strongly maintain actual/current network and develop new contacts - Providing detailed market analysis and monitoring competition - Generate commercial offers and negotiate end sales - Offer after sales support and handling techno commercial claims in close relation with RPS/mill Your profile University degree (bachelor or master or equivalent through experience) in economics or science - Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in a commercial role (commercial and contractual) - Fluent in English language, French could be a plus - Self-driven, results oriented and dynamic - Experience in project oriented and/or multinational environment - Excellent communication and reporting skills - Customer oriented, results driven - Strong analytical skills - High travel frequency within Spain/Portugal (40-50%)
