In this role, you safeguard the day-to-day physical security of AWS data centers under a senior manager. You will lead contracted security resources, identify security gaps, and drive improvements in policies and procedures. The role blends hands-on security operations with governance, audits, and stakeholder collaboration to maintain the highest security standards. You will work within a diverse team, enabling reliable, secure cloud services for customers.

• Coordinate daily security operations at assigned sites
• Direct and manage contract guard force and security provider personnel
• Identify security gaps by walking the facility and evaluating barriers, procedures, and surveillance
• Evaluate provider performance and drive corrective actions
• Educate stakeholders on false alarm reductions and security practices
• Extract and analyze security metrics to drive improvements
• Ensure security programs meet global standards
• Assist in training personnel on behavioral compliance and security procedures
• Draft reports and presentations on security status
• Collaborate on policy/process implementation for regional/global security initiatives
• Serve as a customer advocate for security improvements
• Participate in site audits, inspections, and walk-throughs
• Escalate issues and coordinate with senior team members
• Interface with vendors involved in system repairs

Responsabilidades
• Speak, write, and read fluent xpzdshu English
• Speak, write, and read fluent Spanish
• Experience with Microsoft Office tools
• Hold Professional Identity Card (TIP) or ability to obtain one
• Hold Habilitacion Personal de Seguridad (HPS) or ability to obtain one
• Valid driver's license with access to a personal vehicle
